Name: Alard Age: ??? Gender: Male Height: 174 cm Location: Aliud States that his name is Alard.
Discussion is often straightforward and unambiguous, despite that some may have difficulty discerning meaning. A ghost who speaks in Old English and carries around various weapons inexplicably. These seem to appear when he is alone and he often uses them to hit walls and other objects to make loud noises. They disappear when he phases through a solid surface and may materialize again later. Likes to talk about art. Seems to appreciate new works as much as old craft, and compares chainwork to an art itself. Where he obtained his chains is also ambiguous. Appears to appreciate drums, whether used in mock warfare or actual battles, although genuine conflict has not occurred for some time. Obtained a tabor from somewhere that still appears to be of use, and occasionally hits that at a rhythm to offset the ambience. Talks of old dances on occasion relating to that instrument. Caroles, ridda, estampie, basse, and almain appear to be described. Often remains to a specific location, although moves beyond it occasionally to the nearby terrains. Appears to positively note the changing scenery and passerby, not diverting visitors when applicable. Resides in the ruins of a castle which have now become decrepit. Does not seem to mind this and keeps what he can stable. Accepts items from others infrequently and seems to keep these in an indefinite location about the ruins. Despite lacking digits, manages to pick up and move objects about when in the vicinity. Seems to like rainy days for ambient noise and running water. Does not mind lightning or thunder, rather having an opposite perspective. Typically stays under stonework or other cover in order to watch the contrasted fall, if not also to protect his chainmail. Sings occasionally, which is usually based on things he thought up or knew of prior to dying. Does not mind wildlife passing through, although wariness typically exists on the part of the latter. |

Species: Vaniúsha
Name: ??? Age: ??? Gender: ??? Height: 10 cm Location: Aliud Makes trilling noises, albeit typically short and faint. These often happen in response to nearby activity or relevant awareness.
Sometimes flops and becomes immobile in response to apparent stress, the tail present curling defensively. Despite walking upright, may have more than two limbs. Individuals are often difficult to find. They may have a degree of intelligence and awareness of surrounding risks. The cloth often present appears to shift in regard to inherent patterns. These 'patterns' occasionally drift and may similarly follow surrounding activity, almost appearing to focus on any shape that draws close. This may correlate to awareness and response. Due to the ambient energy existent around relevant terrains, there may be correlation between natural phenomena and relevant individuals. Typically 'illusions' of similar depth are connected to arcane practices, and visual parallels to ocular elements are not something to overlook. The features of relevant individuals appear to be solid and unchanging. What appears to be fur may not actually be defined as such, further. Can run through fire without detriment. Occasionally hides in hearths to that degree, and have been noted to pick up silver and other fragments from foundaries after processes are completed. Sometimes tears through apparent cloth with inherent features, this for purposes unknown. Relevant strands may be left or pulled along, and do not appear to feature the 'eyes' typically present. The 'ears' protruding from beneath the cloth may similarly not be as they appear, although reputedly akin to alike factors in terms of motion. These are flat and resemble the tail in structure. May poke defensively at threatening factors with apparent features if caught hold of, if not instead make an attempt at evasion. Aside from direct efforts, an individual's tail may be used for similar defense; eyes or other features aimed at for self-interest. The flatness of the feathers may be a means for picking up or moving objects. Does not like being picked up evidently, which is reputedly the same for most encountered. Often, being affronted leads to the above. Rarely seen, reports of interactions further infrequent. Occasionally seems to speak in a manner that may be coherent, however limited by inherent factors. |
